Neuhaus (Slovene Suha) is a small bilingual village in the Jauntal/Podjuna region of southern Carinthia, set in the rolling country between the Drava river and the Slovene border. The defining sight in the village is the Werner Berg-Galerie, the dedicated museum of the Carinthian modernist painter Werner Berg whose Jauntal farmhouse and studio were nearby, and whose woodcuts and expressionist village portraits are the most concentrated single artist's collection in the region.
