Overview

The Chinese Consulate General in Strasbourg covers the Grand Est region of northeastern France. Strasbourg is the seat of the European Parliament and the Council of Europe, giving the consulate a dual role in bilateral and multilateral engagement. The Alsace region's industrial base (automotive, chemicals, agri-food) and its position on the Rhine corridor create trade links with China. The consulate is open to the public on Wednesdays only.
