Overview
The Swiss Embassy in Maputo coordinates Switzerland's bilateral diplomatic, economic, and development cooperation relations with Mozambique. Switzerland has been a development partner for Mozambique for over three decades, with programmes focusing on sustainable economic development, governance, health, and education. The embassy serves Swiss citizens travelling in or residing in Mozambique — from the Indian Ocean beaches and diving destinations of the Bazaruto and Quirimbas archipelagos to the restored Gorongosa National Park and the UNESCO-listed Ilha de Moçambique.
