Visa Services

Tourist visa (TR): single entry $40 (3-month validity, 60-day stay), multiple entry $200 (6-month validity). Medical treatment visa (MT): $40 single entry. Required documents: passport valid 6+ months, application form, 2x2 photo (light background), flight confirmation, bank statement minimum $700 per person or $1,500 per family, and yellow fever vaccination certificate. Accommodation proof required for tourist visa; hospital letter required for medical visa. All fees non-refundable. The embassy reserves the right to request additional documents. The chancery at 678 Coronel Portillo Avenue in San Isidro — Lima's diplomatic quarter — opens Monday to Friday, 09:00-12:30 and 14:00-17:30. Special Notes

Peruvian ordinary passports enter Thailand visa-free for 90 days under a bilateral agreement — the same arrangement Argentina, Brazil, and Chile hold, a month longer than the standard 60-day exemption. Tourism only; work and study run through the e-Visa system, and the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is mandatory for everyone. The embassy is Thailand's only mission in the Andean region: residents of Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia, and Ecuador all route their Thai affairs through Lima.
