Overview
The British High Commission in Yaoundé is the UK's official diplomatic mission to Cameroon and serves as the regional hub also accredited to Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Chad. The High Commission provides consular services for British nationals including emergency assistance, passport applications and renewals, notarial services, and support for citizens in difficulty. Cameroonian nationals applying for UK visas for tourism, study, work, or family visits should use the official UK visa application process. British nationals living or travelling in the region can contact the High Commission for assistance with documentation, legal referrals, and emergency support.
