The Embassy of Ghana in Rome is Ghana's diplomatic mission to Italy, processing visa applications for Italian residents and providing consular services to Ghanaian nationals in Italy.
Visa Services
Ghana offers several visa routes depending on nationality. ECOWAS citizens enter visa-free for up to 90 days. Many other nationalities can apply for an e-visa online at visa.immigration.gov.gh before travelling (3-5 day processing). Some nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Kotoka Airport (Accra). A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory when arriving from an endemic country. A passport valid for at least 6 months is required.
Consular Services
The embassy provides passport and travel document services, civil registration, document attestation and legalization, and emergency consular assistance for Ghanaian nationals in Italy.

The embassy's economic section supports bilateral trade promotion and business matchmaking between Ghanaian and Italian companies.
