Italian Embassy in Bangkok

Embassy of Italy in Bangkok, Thailand

Overview

The Italian Embassy in Bangkok (Ambasciata d'Italia) is Italy's diplomatic mission to the Kingdom of Thailand, housed in the CRC Tower on Wireless Road — Bangkok's main diplomatic corridor. Italy and Thailand share growing ties in trade, tourism, and cultural exchange. Thailand is an increasingly popular destination for Italian travellers drawn to Bangkok's temples and street food, the islands of the Andaman and Gulf coasts, and Chiang Mai's cultural scene. A significant community of Italian expatriates and retirees lives in Thailand, particularly in Phuket, Koh Samui, and Pattaya. The embassy is supported by a consular network of an honorary consul general in Phuket, an honorary consul in Chiang Mai, and a consular correspondent in the Chonburi/Pattaya area.
