The chancery sits at Via Pergolesi 3 in Trieste-Salario, but all consular business — passports, visas, notarial acts — happens at the consular section on Viale Bruno Buozzi 111 in Parioli, a twenty-minute walk away. Confirm which building your matter needs before travelling.
By email to rom-ka@bmeia.gv.at or phone +39 06 841 8212 — the section receives strictly by prior appointment, with no walk-in counter. The chancery switchboard +39 06 844 0141 handles non-consular embassy matters.
