The Embassy of the Republic of Poland runs its Italian network from Parioli: the chancery at Via Pietro Paolo Rubens 20 and the consular office around the corner at Via di S. Valentino 12 — two addresses, one mission, serving one of Europe's largest diasporas. Visa Services

Italian and other EU citizens need no visa for Poland — Schengen free movement covers them on a national ID card. Non-EU nationals resident in central or southern Italy who need a Polish visa — and Karta Polaka applicants — deal with the consular office strictly by email: roma.console@msz.gov.pl is the only channel for visa questions, with applications running through the e-konsulat booking system.

Special Notes

Two addresses and one strict rule: the chancery is on Via Rubens, but everything consular happens at Via di S. Valentino 12, and only with an e-konsulat booking. Letters to the consulate must state the sender's full name, address in Italy, and the request — and visa questions get answered by email only, never by phone.
